a Division of UCLA Student Affairs

Want to maximize your time at UCLA? Then read on. As a UCLA student, you'll spend plenty of time going to class, studying, and building a great academic foundation. But you'll have lots of hours that won't be "book time." This is when you'll have a chance to meet new people, learn about things you'll never find in the lecture hall... and have a lot of fun.

Workout with us

Do yourself a favor and visit UCLA Recreation. Regular exercise can help you think more clearly and do better in class (trust us, we're a University), not to mention make you feel and look better. You'll have a terrific time and share powerful lessons about teamwork, goal setting, and "just doing it."   The Rock Wall
(pictured at right) is one of the many great features offered.

Go above and beyond
Take it "beyond the classroom" and join one of our 500 campus clubs or organizations. You'll find experiences like community service and leadership opportunities to learn skills that  give you an edge after graduation and help you be a contributor and a leader anywhere.

We're here to help
Need assistance? Want information? Stop by Student Legal Services, or LGBT Resources Office, or drop by the Dean of Students Office. We can provide information on topics that are crucial to all our futures, as well as invaluable services, advising, and referrals.

Livin' large!
On-campus living
